TRAVERSING /dev/projects
A full-stack app for running the day-to-day side of a restaurant: stock tracking, shift scheduling, and notifications pushed to the people affected. Built with a Scrum team at UCLL: a Spring Boot REST API on one side, Next.js on the other, and JWT auth in an httpOnly cookie between them.
A configurable workflow engine. You define a flow once, trigger it over HTTP, and it walks its own steps, validating requests, pausing while people approve them, and pushing notifications over WebSocket in real time. The runner stores its position when it stalls, so resuming is restart-safe without a scheduler.
A webcam-controlled arcade game. Your index finger flies the dragon and pinching it to your thumb breathes fire, while enemy dragons chase you and shoot back. Hand tracking runs on its own thread so the game never stalls waiting on a camera frame, and it degrades gracefully when there's no webcam at all.
Marketing site for a travel agency in Kaslik, Lebanon. One self-contained HTML file, with no framework, no build step, no package manager. Package cards flip on hover and on tap so they work on phones, and the hero title measures itself and rescales to stay on one line at any width.
Site for a Beirut event planning and production company covering weddings, corporate galas and concerts. Six scrolling sections with dot navigation that highlights wherever you are, a full-bleed video hero and showreel, and PHP handlers behind the enquiry and job application forms.
